Is this enforceable? Also pcn states 14 days discount. Should this be 21 days as pcn issued through video evidence? Also, is this box marked correctly? Any comments welcome as i am not a londoner and have been staying in premier inn for 5 months. Use junction 4/5 times a week and this is my first pcn. Thanks for any help. Thank you for your post. I’m challenging a pcn issued to me for that same junction. I informed TFL that the junction is illegal and they have just sent me a notice of rejection. I am going to PATAS and thank you for your case no as reference. I have had a case at the Traffic Tribunal Office. The Adjudicator has given his judgement in my favour that I have proved that the junction is illegal and therefore the ticket that was given cannot be enforced. The case number if quoting is 2080206014. The Transport for London sent all kinds of information that was irrelevant. So if you get a ticket in this junction you need to fight it as an illegal junction ....
